Manatanwny Manor is our Skilled Nursing Facility Located on the First Floor of our Building.

We provide a spectrum of comprehensive care options, catering to both short-term and long-term nursing needs. Our compassionate team supports residents in daily tasks, aids in mobility, meticulously administers oral and intravenous medications, and delivers specialized dietary and dysphagia therapies.

Furthermore, we have an incredible wound care team making Manatawny Manor an excellent place to recover. In addition, our superb rehabilitation department offers an array of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services, thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident. Furthermore, Manatawny Manor takes immense pride in housing the Milestones Memory Care program, where we strive to bring highest quality of care to individuals grappling with memory-related challenges.

The Second Level of our Building is Home to The Residences at Manatawny Village.

Within our cozy apartments, we present a lifestyle characterized by maintenance-free living, affording you the freedom to savor life’s pleasures without the burden of upkeep. Concurrently, The Residences instills a profound sense of tranquility and assurance, as our attentive 24-hour staff stands ready to assist you seven days a week, ensuring your every need is met.

Vibrant Community Life

At the core of our philosophy is the belief that outstanding programming and enriching activities are integral to the vitality and longevity of our residents. Therefore, we’ve enlisted the expertise of a dedicated activities director who meticulously crafts remarkable monthly programming to stimulate and engage. Moreover, on the second floor, we proudly introduce Horizons Memory Care, a comprehensive memory care program designed to provide specialized support to those in need.

Meet Our Adminsitrative Team:

Personal Care Administrator

Joanna Kehoe, LPN

My name is Joanna Kehoe, and I am proud to serve as the Personal Care Administrator here at the Residences at Manatawny Village. I have been an LPN since 2010, and before that, I worked as a CNA and Med-Tech. My entire career has been devoted to personal care and assisted living communities, where I have developed a true passion for supporting and caring for older adults. Most of the time, I value the meaningful relationships I build with residents and their families.

I currently live in West Chester, though I was born in Poland and raised in Delco after moving to the United States in 1986 at the age of 10. I love the life I have built here, while continuing to embrace my Polish heritage. I have a 17-year-old daughter who is now a high school senior preparing for college, and three pets—two dogs, Sarah and Daisy, and a cat named Spooky—who keep me busy! In my free time I love to travel to warm tropical places, spend my summers at the Jersey shore and relax with my family and friends.

At Manatawny Village, my goal is to ensure every resident feels at home, cared for, respected, and valued. I look forward to getting to know each resident and their families!

Clinical Service Director

Sharon Bailey, LPN

My name is Sharon Bailey. I was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. I graduated in 2010. Initially specializing in pediatrics, I later found myself wanting to be a more well-rounded nurse, so I began transitioning into Geriatrics. From 2018 to 2025, I was a travel nurse.

However, by November of 2025, I retired my traveling to settle down with the Manatawny Manor family, and I have not looked back since!

Director of Community Engagement and Resident Services

Mary Chilcote, SW

My name is Mary Chilcote. I am currently the Director of Community Engagement and Resident Services. I earned my bachelor’s degree in social work from Shippensburg University in 1992. In my 30-year career in healthcare, I have been a Social Worker in Acute Rehab and Skilled Nursing Facilities. I have also held the role of Director of Sales and Marketing for personal care.

I reside in Douglassville with my husband. I have two daughters, Emily and Jessica, who I love dearly. In my free time I enjoy gardening and going on walks with our dogs Mandy and Ellie!

Director of Human Resources

Linda Merbedone

My name is Linda Merbedone. I have a master’s degree in education and human resources. I went into the Human Resources field 13 years ago and I love it so much. All my experience has been in nursing home facilities, and the best part of my job is not only working with the employees but being surrounded by the residents and listening to their stories.

I was born and raised in Flemington, NJ. I have two sisters and one brother. We moved to PA from NC three months ago to be closer to our daughter in NJ, and I was blessed to have a wonderful facility that I can be part of. I would like to thank Manatawny Manor for letting me be part of their family, and I look forward to getting to know the residents and their families.
