Personal Care
Our personal care options are available to residents living in our community who require further assistance to maintain their independent lifestyles. Our 24-hour staff will provide you with the activities of daily living your personal care plan requires, with dignity and respect in your comfortable home.
These activities of daily living can include:

- Managing medication
- Housekeeping, laundry
- Meal preparation
Memory Care
The Residences at Manatawny Village is here to provide the quality memory care that you or your loved one requires from a staff that is experienced and professional. Our memory care home, which is located within our personal care community, is able to provide you or your loved one with the environment they require to thrive. By creating an individual plan of care for all those we serve, you can rest assured that we will provide the daily wellness, structure, and socialization you or your loved one requires.

Bridge to Home Program
In our efforts to help individuals return home stronger and better able to live safely, we offer a transitional care program called Bridge to Home.
Our program provides a short-term safe and secure place to stay while transitioning from one care setting to another. Our approach supports a person leaving rehabilitation, or the hospital, who may need more care before transitioning home. For some, their need is a change in lifestyle at home and moving to a place that focuses on a positive impact on well-being for their next steps. However our program is needed, it will provide the same level of care and therapy that a long-term resident will receive.
