** All positive residents are under isolation precautions; positive staff members have been removed from the schedule and will return when CDC guidelines are met.
Visitation Information
Upon Arrival:
- Wash and/or sanitize hands upon entering
- Wear a surgical mask for your visit (supply available in lobby on wall)
- Maintain social distancing
- Cover your cough
- Avoid touching your face or adjusting your mask. If you note that this has occurred, sanitize your hands using one of our sanitizing stations.
- PLEASE Refrain from visiting your loved ones if you or anyone in the family are experiencing any COVID symptoms like feeling tired or exhausted, an aching body, headache, sore throat, blocked or runny nose, fever, chills, shortness of breath, diarrhea, loss of appetite.
